How much does a website cost?
Every project is quoted to fit. After a free call you get a fixed quote in writing, with exactly what is included and when it will be ready.
How long does a website take?
A Starter site is usually ready in one to two weeks, a Business site in two to three, and a site with booking in three to four. Custom apps take longer and are built in stages so you see progress. The biggest delay is usually waiting for text and photos, so the sooner you send them, the sooner you are live.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. I handle the domain, hosting, setup and launch. You get a simple admin where you can see bookings and messages, and a short call to show you around. If you can use email, you can use it.
What do I need to give you to get started?
Your business name, what you offer and any logo or photos you already have. If you have none of that, no problem: I will ask a few simple questions on the call and start from there. I can also help with the writing.
Who owns the website?
You do. The design, the content and your customer data are yours from the day it is paid for. If you ever want to move to someone else, I will hand everything over.
What is a care plan and do I need one?
It keeps your site online, backed up and secure, and includes help when you want something changed. It is a simple monthly fee with no contract, and you can stop whenever you like. The plans are on the price list. You do not have to take one, but most people do because it saves worrying about the technical side.
How does payment work?
Half to start and half when you are happy and the site goes live. Larger projects can be split into three payments. Care plans are monthly. Payment is by bank transfer.
What if I need a change after the site is live?
Send a message and I will do it. Small edits are included with a care plan. If it is something I got wrong, I fix it free of charge. Otherwise I tell you the cost before I start, so there are no surprises.
Will customers be able to find my site on Google?
Every site is built to be quick and clear, with proper page titles and descriptions, which is what Google looks for. I can also set up your Google Business Profile so you appear on maps. No one can promise a number one ranking, but you will have a solid start.
Can customers book or pay online?
Yes. The "Site with booking" package lets your customers pick a service, day and time from your real diary, with confirmation emails and calendar invites. Online payments for deposits or full payment can be added too.
Can I get an app for my own business?
Yes. A custom app can handle things like customers, jobs and invoices, on your computer or phone, and it updates itself. We start with a free planning session and a written plan so you know exactly what you are getting.

Yes. The first call is a no-pressure chat. You will leave with a clear idea of what you need and what it costs, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
